Breathe at Work is a sister business of PuraVegan, opened in 2011. PuraVegan offers a weekly meal program that includes juices, smoothies, and plant based meals. Workplace lunches and foods are prepared in the commercial kitchen of PuraVegan at 307 Belt Ave. St. Louis, MO.

Monica Stoutenborough
Monica enjoyed her 15 year career in the stock brokerage industry, but several years into it was struggling with back pain, digestive disorders and migraine headaches. After discovering the powerful affects that healthy eating, meditation and yoga had on her life, she dove in deeper, completing numerous trainings and certification courses. Monica balanced her career with teaching wellness classes in the evenings and weekends, but eventually left in 2011 to devote herself full time to wellness.
Since 2011, Monica has been operating PuraVegan Cafe & Yoga, in St Louis, MO, and expanded into offering workplace wellness classes in 2018. Monica's experience in both of her careers gives her the understanding of the challenges to mind and body wellness when working in a high stress environment. It is Monica's greatest pleasure to simplify and demystify meditation and nutrition, so that anyone with interest can enjoy the benefits and find some relief from the effects of a fast paced modern life.
